This Solid Copper Fish
Poacher is nickel lined, accented with solid brass hardware. An
aluminum rack is included to make it easy to remove the cooked fish.

This item has had a protective coating applied at the factory to
prevent tarnishing while in dealer's stock. This coating must be
removed before the pan may be used: If you wish to use this pan for
decorative purposes only, the coating may be left on and will protect
